1. About Our Products
Plump Moose Signs creates handcrafted, custom wood signs from our workshop in Rockwall, Texas. Each sign is made to order by hand. Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, all sales on custom orders are final. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
2. Orders and Payment
By placing an order on our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Production Time
Standard production time for custom handcrafted wood signs is 5–7 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Production times may vary during peak seasons or for large or complex orders. We will notify you of any significant delays.
4. Shipping
We ship throughout the contiguous United States. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Plump Moose Signs is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is damaged.
5. Custom and Personalized Items — All Sales Final
Custom and personalized signs are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. As such, all sales on custom orders are final and are not eligible for return or refund except in cases of damage during shipping or a verified production error on our part. 6. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
